“ Home is where the heart is” and the client needed exactly this- a clutter-free home with optimum interiors. The striving was to create lighter moods and thus the usage of whites in the flooring restricted to the earthy tones of beige and greys elsewhere.
A project is a journey of agreements & disagreements. A beautiful home in Karimnagar designed by Rashmi Rathi & Vinay Rathi from the architectural interior studio of VINAY&RASHMI, Hyderabad. The design is always evolving and the designer is always learning and implementing new things in his creation...
Although all three floors have a typical Plan design approach for all three floors were kept diverse and different from each other so that each floor has its own flair. Keeping that in mind we acquired a minimalistic approach to design the space by keeping simple material and color palette. Simple materials and easy on eyes color palettes aptly define the home. Everything here belongs and has a character that supports the design.
The partitions between the dining area and Hall were designed to just act as a visual barrier rather than dividing the space. Wooden frames, plain glass and wooden ripper dividers are used for partitions. Curtains, Bed, and Sofa upholstery are much coordinated which adds to the beauty of the space. We used Subdued Shades like Light Grey and Beige on walls and base white on ceilings for the entire floors, Master Bedrooms on all floors were dressed up with Wallpapers on all walls.
The lightings for the entire space were kept white with warm diffuse lights and Profile lighting in the ceiling. The curtains here have an interesting pattern in crush fabric escalating the peaceful and cozy feel of the entire space. Also, the earthen vase in every room and hall stuffs up space even more.
We as India's best designers have taken the responsibility to enhance movement or create separate spaces with incredible ease. The use of consistent colors and textures to tie up various areas within a space helps give you fluidity.
Interior design is a multifaceted profession that includes conceptual development, space planning, site inspections, programming, research, communicating with the stakeholders of a project, construction management, and execution of the design.
